I done the basic navigation course with Michael @ White Mountain, and learn't a lot of fundamental skills like map reading, using a compass and practical techniques. Teaching skills were top notch which made for valuable day out in the hills, i definitely feel more confident and safer when heading out to do more adventurous hikes.
